Aye, whoever gave Merlin the sword needed their head checked. He's brave, braver I think then he thinks he is. I have a feeling he views himself as a coward, but when courage is needed he never backs down. But, giving him a sword...he is more likely to take off Arthur's head in a wild swing then the enemy. (Though that episode was one of my favourites. I wanted to hug Arthur when he actually helped Merlin with his armor. He's growing up. *Sniffs proudly.*)
I sort of planned the release date as the same date as The Hobbit. Part of it was because it is far enough from Christmas that it would reach everyone in case they want to order if for a Christmas present.
